The purpose of an infographic is to give information in an easy to understand way. A pro of infographics is that it easy to learn and get new information from them. A con is that you can't be as detailed or have as much content as a paper or essay. The best information to be displayed by infographics is statistics or other short facts. They can help convey the message to your audience by putting information in to simpler terms so that everyone can understand what your are trying to say. You can use infographics in other classes to present information or to learn about a topic.
