Journal - How did you choose to breakdown your 5 paragraphs of information for your essay? You need an introduction and a conclusion but what are your middle three paragraphs about? Have you found your outline helpful? Why or why not?
I decided to break down my topic, homelessness, into three groups of types of homeless people. I split the paragraphs into child homelessness, veteran homelessness and mentally ill homelessness. Each one explains causes and problems of each type of homelessness. I found the outline to be very helpful. It made it so all of my information was available and organized. It made it so i wasn't constantly searching through my information for a fact I wanted.
